OK, so a few
words on my bike, it started life as a 1999 600 yammy
Fazer owned by the Suffolk spanner monkey, who for
reasons of his own decided to give it a make over (cue
the hacksaw ,checker plate, Matt black, and more
importantly , the Turbo!) why? I hear you ask,
because..., it should be answer enough, through a
complicated series of events, (me getting shot of my
much loved mt500 and a spare bike) resulted in me
gaining possession of checker plated monstrosity, out
comes the hacksaw of survivaldom along with the spray
paint of blackness, resulting in a bike I'm really
starting to like :)
Attention should be drawn to the fact that it has a
turbo, yep its feckin quick, but it behaves perfectly
well, abit like riding a big two stroke with loads of
torque, although I've found it hard to ride slowly
because of the ultra cool sound of the dump valve
blowing ,the induction noise this bike makes is second
to none.
Everyday, and I mean everyday, 'cos its a commuter, I
love this bike more and more, so a big f*ck you to the
shiny I've more money than sense brigade, and a big up
nuff respect to the true garden shed biker , I've been
doing this for 25 years and will be doing it for many
more, ride safe and paint it black! |
